You'll love these cute baby Valentine's Day photo shoot ideas you can do at home to capture all the sweetness of life with your baby or toddler right now. Let's get started!

One year, as Valentine’s Day approached, our big kids were busy making cards for their classmates when our then four-year-old asked, “What’s ‘Balentine’s’ Day, Mama?”

“It’s a holiday where we celebrate love!”

“Do we have a party?”

“Uhhh, not really.”

“Do I get presents?”

Um, maybe something tiny.

“Do I get to wear a costume?”

You could almost see the gears in his brain turning, trying to figure out what this weird new holiday meant for him.

[6.]  Newborn Valentine’s Photoshoot Ideas

For newborns…keep it simple and cozy!

Dress your little one in a heart-covered sleeper, an outfit with a pop of red or pink, or keep their outfit neutral and use a Valentine-colored blanket to lay them on.

Lay them on the blanket and point your phone down at them from above (consider standing on a stool) and capture the Valentine’s sweetness

Consider getting any big siblings involved in the shoot too.

However you decide to capture your baby's first Valentine's, I hope you have the loveliest day with your little sweetie!
