Return Policy

If your book is damaged or defective, please send us a message within one week of receiving it so we can make it right! If you would like to return your book because you don’t love it, you can do so up until 30 days after the date of your order. Books must be unused and in original condition. In these situations, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Instructions

Return products in their original packaging to 4025 E Riverbend Ave Post Falls Idaho 83854. Refunds will be issued as soon as customer service has the tracking number of the return. Please allow 2-7 days for the refund to show up on your bank statement.

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within the 7 days following your order.

Delivery Times

The time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on your location. Shipments take place in two stages, processing and transit. Processing and packing times are estimated 2-3 business days. This excludes orders placed on the weekend. Transit: 3-5 business days.
